We have a lighted, covered arena that is 300'X160'. The arena has a slanted kick wall throughout and 6 gates for access. The arena footing was design IAW with United States Dressage Federation guidelines by compacting crushed stone every 3" for a total of 9" of base. Sand is on top of the base. We will also feature an outdoor sand and grass dressage arena. We will also feature a grass jumping area.

We have newly purchased stadium jumps from Jump 4 Joy. These jumps allow us to set-up 2 complete courses for jumping to speed up the days activities.

The show office provides the control point for events. The office provides the public address system with a wireless microphone for clinics. The office area also has men's and women's restrooms which are ADA compliant. Restrooms and the office area are surrounded by a 12' covered porch for all weather clinics attached to the covered arena.

The facility has two main gates that are operated by code access. This enables our monthly customers to come and go as they please while limiting the number of riders on the property. Our main all weather road on the property is 25' wide to allow horse trailer traffic in both directions. The parking lots are also all weather. There is overflow grass parking available.

We offer a monthly fee for those who would like to come and ride at the facility at will. $75 for individual and family is limited to 3 riders. Family rate is $120 for 2 and $150 for 3.

We have 20 covered day stalls that are 12x12. The 1/2 mile galloping lane is maintained using a Lely Roto Harrow to maintain the footing.
